The Art Museum Bell Tower

A carillon concert draws the crowds along;
The melody floats above the clamoring bells,
Alone resounding
From a thousand wells,
A single voice suffices for the silent throng.

As before a painting a silent crowd
Gathers contented, each convinced he feels —
One frame sufficient for a thousand reels —
Speechless, what the master’s painting speaks aloud.
