Omega

Leave out the, leave out the, leave out the —
The parts that the readers skip over;
Howso de rigueur and devout, the
Scenery leads to enclosure,
But words should fly over and outward.

No median, no margin, no shoulder
Rounds out this body, the road of the pilgrim;
The prodded organism moves to fulfill grim

Omega – The end or final development, from the last letter in the Greek alphabet omega; the phrase “I am the Alpha and the Omega” (Revelation 22:13) means “I am the beginning and the end.”

Howso – However much, no matter how much; an old English word going back to the 13th century, now largely obsolete.

De Rigueur – (Pronounced de-ree-GUR) Required by the current fashion or custom, proper.
